About the Project

The hotel is located at a prime location in Lucknow, closest to the airport, making it ideally suited for business travelers, MICE demand, and transit guests. The project is being developed by Rajdeep Infra, a new-age real estate developer known for its forward-looking approach and focus on quality-driven developments.

With 135 keys under the voco® brand, the hotel will introduce IHG’s contemporary lifestyle hospitality experience to the capital of Uttar Pradesh.

Scheduled to open in Q3 2029, the upcoming hotel will introduce IHG’s fastest-growing premium brand to the capital city, reinforcing the group’s strategic expansion in high-potential urban centres across India.

Lucknow continues to emerge as an important commercial, administrative, and travel hub in North India. Improved air connectivity, infrastructure development, and rising corporate movement have led to increasing demand for quality, branded accommodation.
