We at INVESTLOFT have successfully facilitated a transaction between IHCL and Himalaya Group for signing of 110 rooms Ginger Hotel at RTO Circle, Ahmedabad. Strategically located at RTO Circle, an important residential and business locality in the city. Apart from 110 rooms hotel will feature an all-day dinner, a conference room, and a fitness center, making it an ideal destination for business travelers. The transaction is an operating lease on an existing property that will be upgraded to match the Ginger brand's specifications. The project will open later this year.
